• Man arrested after Hybla Valley shooting, police say (wjla.com) — A man was shot and wounded during an argument on Fordson Road in Hybla Valley Saturday evening, and Fairfax County police have arrested a 24-year-old Alexandria resident in connection with the incident. The victim’s injuries are not life-threatening, and detectives recovered multiple firearms after executing a search warrant. Police are still asking anyone with information to contact the Major Crimes Bureau or leave an anonymous tip.
