• 'High-profile project': 900,000-square-foot industrial park breaks ground in Payson (ksl.com) — A massive new 900,000-square-foot industrial park, Payson Central Tech, has just broken ground off I-15 at 1122 W. 450 South, bringing five large buildings and room for diverse businesses. Developers say Utah County’s tight industrial market and Payson’s visibility and freeway access make this a prime spot for future headquarters, manufacturing, and distribution jobs over the next 12–18 months.
