Sandy wants you to know the rules (ksl.com) — If you or your kids ride e-bikes around Dimple Dell or other Sandy trails, new signs and stricter rules are going up to separate legal e-bikes from prohibited e-motorcycles. Sandy police will start with education but can issue warnings, citations, and even impound vehicles in serious cases, so parents are urged to review bike classifications and helmet requirements together.
