• Summit County asks judge to dismiss HOA lawsuit over Utah Olympic Park development agreement (parkrecord.com) — Summit County is asking a judge to throw out a Sun Peak HOA lawsuit that claims recent Utah Olympic Park approvals violate the Snyderville Basin General Plan and harm the basin and wildlife. County attorneys argue the development agreement is a legislative land-use regulation, exempt from those conflicts, after a six‑month public process with hearings before the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission and County Council.
