• $4 million in FEMA funding coming to Vermont (wcax.com) — Johnson’s Vermont Studio Center will receive about $1.8 million in FEMA disaster relief to help rebuild its Wolf Kahn barn, badly damaged in the July 2023 floods. The grant covers roughly 43% of replacement costs, after a three‑year application process. Additional FEMA funds will support statewide flood recovery for the transportation agency and Washington Electric Co‑op.
