• Act 250 Notice, Minor Application 4c0331 14h-4, 10 V.S.A. §§ 6000 (sevendaysvt.com) — A new Act 250 application details planned utility upgrades at BETA Technologies’ campus and a project site on Valley Road in South Burlington, with no new buildings or changes in land use proposed. Residents have until October 21 to request a hearing or seek party status if they want a say in the permitting process. 
• State of Vermont, Superior Court, Probate Division, Chittenden Unit, Docket No. 26-PR-05306 (sevendaysvt.com) — Creditors of the late Robert P. Baccei of South Burlington are being notified that they have four months from October 7 to submit written claims against his estate. Claims must be mailed to executor Mark L. Kucharek at his South Burlington address, with a copy also sent to the Chittenden Probate Court in Burlington.
