• Crash closes road in Waterbury (newportdispatch.com) — A two-vehicle crash on Waterbury Stowe Road in Waterbury knocked down a utility pole, overturned a pickup, and closed the road for several hours while Green Mountain Power crews made repairs. Three people were evaluated for minor injuries, and local fire, ambulance, and police departments all responded to the scene.
