Driver Faces 3 Charges After GW Parkway Incident In Arlington

ARLINGTON, VA — A man faces three federal misdemeanor charges stemming from an incident on the George Washington Memorial Parkway in Arlington County, according to court records.

Federal prosecutors charged Elyes Ben Younes with reckless driving, driving while his license or driving privileges were suspended or revoked, and interfering with a government employee. The charges are allegations, and Ben Younes is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
