ARLINGTON, VA — Corso Italian is celebrating the start of July with a new lineup of $9 signature spritz cocktails during happy hour, along with a rewards program designed to encourage guests to sample the restaurant's seasonal drink menu.

Beginning Wednesday, the Shirlington restaurant at 4024 Campbell Ave. is offering five signature spritzes for $9 during happy hour, which runs daily from 3 to 7 p.m.

The seasonal menu includes:

  • Hugo Spritz, made with St-Germain elderflower liqueur, lime and mint
  • Limoncello Spritz, featuring housemade limoncello
  • Colada Spritz with coconut rum, lime juice and pineapple
  • Primavera Spritz with muddled fresh berries, Amaro Ramazzotti and Lambrusco
  • Tuscan Spritz with basil, lemon and olive oil

The woman-owned restaurant is also launching its first Spritz Season Passport program. Guests who order one of the signature spritzes beginning July 1 will receive a passport card and earn a stamp for each featured cocktail they purchase. Customers who collect all six stamps during the promotion will receive their seventh signature spritz free.

Corso Italian serves regional Italian cuisine and craft cocktails in Shirlington. The restaurant also offers weekend brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as weekday specials including Date Night Wednesdays.
