For more than 20 years, Sister Myrtle has practiced Raja Yoga meditation with the Brahma Kumaris, cultivating a deep foundation of inner balance, clarity, and spiritual strength. Drawing from her rich experience in family life, business, human resources, and spirituality, she offers practical wisdom on how to create lasting balance from the inside out.
A seasoned Human Resources professional, Sister Myrtle holds degrees in Sociology and Management and is the former owner of her own HR business. Her unique blend of professional expertise and spiritual practice allows her to guide others in navigating life with greater self-awareness, purpose, and peace.
