ā¢ Medevac marks service milestone in Va. (ems1.com) ā Culpeper residents now have a dedicated PHI Air Medical base at Culpeper Regional Airport, part of a network marking 35 years of medevac service in Virginia. The AirCare 6 helicopter, established locally in 2021, supports nearby hospitals and first responders with advanced in-flight critical care and whole-blood capability for emergencies across the region.
