Del Ray, Custis, and Oxford, is among Alexandria's top hotspots for reported near-miss crashes involving drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists. A local safety group is urging the city to add stop sign cameras, improve school-zone protections, and expand traffic-calming steps to better protect children and families walking in and around the neighborhood.
