• Bristol District Weekly Traffic Alert: June 1 - 7, 2026 (einpresswire.com) — Drivers around Gate City should plan for Route 665 (Manville Road) to be closed north of town from 10 a.m. June 3 through 6 p.m. June 4 for a bridge replacement, with a signed detour in place. The weekly VDOT update also details numerous other construction zones and lane closures across Southwest Virginia that could affect longer trips.
