• Spy Rock extends reach into Innsbrook with 331-unit project planned on Cox Road (richmondbizsense.com) — Hundreds of new homes are planned right in Innsbrook, where Spy Rock Real Estate has filed plans for a 331-unit mix of apartments and townhomes on Cox Road near Sadler Place. The multiphase project would replace grassy and parking areas, add over 500 parking spaces, and further shift the office park toward a denser, mixed-use neighborhood.
