Gun Brandished At Springfield Mall, But No Confirmed Shooting: Police
There was no confirmed shooting, and no injuries were reported, officials said.
SPRINGFIELD, VA ā A gun was brandished during a domestic incident Saturday at Springfield Town Center. But there was no shooting confirmed, police said.
Police refuted rumors of a shooting at the mall on Saturday evening.
"There are no confirmed gunshots or any reported injuries," said Fairfax County Police. "Businesses have returned to normal operations."

Detectives were on-scene as of 8 p.m. Saturday.
Fairfax County Police advised anyone with info to call 911.
