McLean Waterfront Home Sells For $12.825M
Washington Fine Properties said the sale is McLean's highest waterfront transaction so far this year.

MCLEAN, VA — A waterfront home at 1169 Crest Lane in McLean has sold for $12,825,000, according to a Washington Fine Properties. The real estate firm said the transaction is the highest waterfront sale in McLean so far this year. Piper Yerks and Ben Roth of Washington Fine Properties represented the seller, according to the release.
The home was built in 2013 and sits on 2.32 acres overlooking the Potomac River, according to a release. Washington Fine Properties said the house has 10,150 square feet, four bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The property includes three levels and was designed with large windows facing the surrounding landscape.
Yerks and Roth were involved in another high-priced McLean waterfront sale last year at 1260 Crest Lane. Identified as Stratford House, he house sold for $14,050,000, and Yerks and Roth represented both sides in that transaction.

Washington Fine Properties said the home at 1159 Crest Lane in McLean is listed for $11,900,000 by Yerks, Amy Davis and Lisa Parcells, according to the release. The property spans nearly 2.39 acres and extends to the water's edge.
Washington Fine Properties said the existing residence at 1159 Crest Lane is nearly 6,000 square feet and includes four bedrooms, five full baths, four fireplaces and a paneled library. The home has a main-level primary suite, floor-to-ceiling windows on the main and upper levels, and a terrace with 180-degree views of the Potomac River.

The property is located minutes from Washington, D.C., Tysons Corner, Great Falls Park and Scott's Run Nature Preserve, the real estate firm said. In addition, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is a 15-minute drive away.
