Explore Regional Thai Cuisine At Sisters Tysons During Capital One Culinary Week
Sisters Tysons will host a Thai culinary dinner and live cooking demonstration during Capital One Culinary Week.

TYSONS, VA — Diners will have an opportunity to explore the flavors of Thailand's diverse regions during a special dinner and cooking demonstration at Sisters Tysons later this month as part of Capital One Culinary Week.
The Thai Trade Center New York is partnering with the Tysons restaurant to present "Dine & Demo: A Regional Journey Through Thai Culinary Heritage" on Thursday, July 30, at Sisters Tysons, located at 7735 Capital One Tower Road in Capital One Center.
The event begins with a welcome reception at 6 p.m. followed by a three-course seated dinner and a live cooking demonstration highlighting regional Thai dishes and rice varieties.

Regional Thai Cuisine Featured
According to organizers, the evening is designed to showcase how Thailand's geography and locally grown rice varieties have influenced the country's regional cooking traditions.
The menu includes:

- A welcome reception featuring Khao Tang Nam Prik Ong, crispy rice crackers served with a Northern Thai pork and tomato chili dip.
- Khao Jee and Tom Saep Kradook On, a grilled sticky rice patty paired with spicy pork short rib soup representing Thailand's northeastern Isan region.
- A live cooking demonstration by Chef France featuring Ho Mok Pu, a steamed crab curry mousse served with fragrant Hom Mali rice from Thailand's central plains.
- Rice Berry Khanom Ko, a Southern Thai dessert made with glutinous rice dumplings filled with palm sugar and coated in coconut.
Each guest will also receive a complimentary sample package of Thai rice from the Thai Trade Center New York to take home.
Reservations Available
The event costs $59 per person, excluding tax. Guests can also add a wine pairing for an additional $15. Reservations are available through Resy.
