Alexandria Among The Best US Cities For Pet-Friendly Coworking: Survey

ALEXANDRIA, VA – Alexandria ranked among the top 5 most pet-friendly cities for co-working, according to a new survey.

Coworking Cafe’s latest survey checked out the best cities for bringing Spot to the office, and Alexandria reached number 4 on their list of 12. The survey looked at how many coworking spaces in a city allowed pets. In Alexandria, that share is 16.7 percent, with 4 of the city’s roughly 2 dozen coworking spaces allowing pets.

At the top of the ranking were San Francisco and Denver, which each offered pet-friendly amenities at 26 percent of their coworking spaces. Coworking Cafe noted that San Francisco is frequently said to have more dogs than children, and Denver has one of the highest dog-ownership rates in the country, at more than 40 percent, according to surveys like this one.
