Detour signs and flaggers will be established to redirect traffic.

A portion of the trail in the Dora Kelley Park was damaged by flooding following major storms in 2018 and 2019, and the stability and integrity of parts of the trail, including bridges and boardwalks, were compromised. Three other areas of the trail that were damaged have already been repaired and reopened to the public.
