Inspectors Find Critical Violations At 2 Reston Restaurants: Health Inspection
Inspectors from the Fairfax County Health Department found violations at two of the Reston eateries they visited in February.
Editor's Note: An earlier version of this story included incorrect information that a District Taco site had critical violations. The restaurant was not located at the listed address and it did not have any critical violations. This story has been updated to reflect these changes.
RESTON, VA — Inspectors from the Fairfax County Health Department reported finding violations at two of the four food establishments in Reston they visited in February.
Based on health department records, inspectors found violations at the following restaurants.

- Buffalo Wild Wings, 12192 Sunset Hills Road. A health inspector visited this establishment Feb. 21. The inspection resulted in a violation for improper use and storage of wiping cloths, which were found on prep tables instead of in sanitizer buckets. [View Report]
- Sweet Leaf, 1908 Reston Metro Plaza. An inspector visited the restaurant Feb. 10 and cited a violation for proper date marking and disposition after finding prepared foods in a walk-in cooler without discard dates. [View Report]
Two other Reston establishments, Godfrey’s Bakery Café (1626 Washington Plaza North) and Paisano’s Pizza (1810 Michael Faraday Drive), were also inspected in February but had no critical violations reported.
