RESTON, VA — The 33rd season of Reston Concerts on the Town will begin Saturday at the Reston Town Center Pavilion with a performance by the Yacht Lobsters.

The free outdoor concert is scheduled from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at 11900 Market St. The Yacht Lobsters, a soft rock group, are expected to perform a mix of 1970s and 1980s music, including hits from Steely Dan, the Doobie Brothers, Hall & Oates, and Toto. The band’s repertoire includes soft rock, New Orleans funk, classic rock, and jazz-inspired improvisation.

The event marks the start of the 2026 summer series, which is managed by BXP, Inc. (NYSE: BXP). The company, a real estate investment trust, owns and operates 164 properties totaling 50.4 million square feet as of March 31.

Attendees may participate in the "Sip & Stroll" program starting at 6 p.m. The program allows guests to purchase alcoholic beverages from participating restaurants to consume within the designated concert area. Organizers noted that outside alcohol is prohibited.

The event will be held rain or shine under the covered Pavilion. Admission and onsite garage parking are free to the public.
