• Former WMMS teacher makes first appearance on sex crime charges (pjrnews.com) — A former William Monroe Middle School teacher is facing felony charges in Greene County Circuit Court, with his attorney skipping Monday’s brief hearing in Stanardsville. The case involves alleged conduct from 2014–2015, and the judge has ordered the defendant to return for arraignment on August 28 while remaining law-abiding in the meantime.
