• Attainable Apartments Now Leasing in Sterling (blueridgeleader.com) — Sterling residents who need affordable housing can now apply for 80 income-restricted units at the new Atlantic Boulevard Apartments, with move-ins expected around October 29. The Loudoun County–backed community offers one- to three-bedroom homes, on-site amenities, and access to the W&OD Trail, and leasing is underway by phone or online while construction wraps up.
