• A chase through Winchester ends with an arrest of repeat offender (theriver953.com) — A high-speed chase through Winchester streets ended when deputies used a pit maneuver to stop a driver who crashed near children on Morlyn Drive. The suspect, a 46-year-old with prior convictions, now faces multiple felony and misdemeanor charges and is being held without bond ahead of a December 4 court date.
