2 More Teen Boys Arrested Over Woodbridge Tobacco Shop Burglary: Police

WOODBRIDGE, VA – Two teenage boys have been arrested and charged in connection with a burglary at a Woodbridge tobacco shop, Prince William County police say. In total, three teens have been arrested over the incident, in which five suspects were involved, police say.

According to the Prince William County Police Department, a 17-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy, both from Woodbridge, have been arrested and charged with burglary, destruction of property, possession of a stolen vehicle, larceny with intent to sell, conspiring to trespass and curfew violation over a nighttime break-in at a Woodbridge Tobacco King location. The 16-year-old was arrested on Saturday; the 17-year-old turned himself in to police on Monday. Both are being held at the county’s Juvenile Detention Center.

The incident took place in the early hours of Aug. 24 at the Tobacco King on 14170 Minnieville Rd. in Woodbridge. Officers say five men broke a window to get into the business, then stole multiple vape products before leaving in a stolen vehicle.

A 16-year-old boy from Dumfries was arrested by Dumfries police the same day and charged with burglary over the incident.
