• Walla Walla Community College board votes to close satellite campus (highereddive.com) — Walla Walla Community College’s governing board has voted to close its Clarkston satellite campus after a two-year teach-out ending in June 2028, a move that could save millions but disrupt local students and staff. Leaders are exploring alternative funding and partnerships, especially for nursing and healthcare programs, to possibly keep some physical presence in the Clarkston area.
