Residents can review the full ordinance texts or request mailed copies from Fircrest City Hall on Ramsdell Street. 
• Public Hearing IDX1032264 (tacomadailyindex.com) — A public hearing is set for June 22 at Fircrest City Hall on a requested variance and design review for an oversized detached garage at 461 Alameda Avenue. Residents can review the application at City Hall and submit written comments by 8 a.m. that day or speak directly at the 9 a.m. hearing before the Hearing Examiner.
