• La Conner bans cryptocurrency kiosks (thenewstribune.com) — La Conner’s Town Council has voted to ban all cryptocurrency kiosks within town limits, requiring the one known kiosk to be removed within 90 days. Citing scam and fraud concerns, the new ordinance adds virtual currency rules to the municipal code, while council meetings remain open to the public on second and fourth Tuesday evenings at Maple Hall.
