• South County Fire Board of Commissioners discusses redistricting following Edmonds annexation (lynnwoodtimes.com) — Mountlake Terrace residents are served by South County Fire, which is redrawing its commissioner election districts after Edmonds joined the regional fire authority. The board is reviewing several redistricting proposals, will hold a public hearing, and stresses that 911 response and service levels won’t change. Locals can attend or Zoom into regular board meetings to follow and comment on the process.
