3. Raw meat too warm, moldy food: Latest Tri-Cities-area restaurant inspections (tri-cityherald.com) — Recent Benton-Franklin Health District inspections found serious food-safety violations at several Tri-Cities spots, including Eastside Brothers and Kim’s Market in Pasco, while others like Angel Brook Ice Cream and Burns Korners passed. The report details issues such as unsafe temperatures, moldy food, and cross-contamination, along with many clean inspections. 4.
