• Help Pierce County deputies solve a robbery of 2 teens held at gunpoint; motorcycle stolen (kiro7.com) — Puyallup-area residents are being asked to check any home or dash cameras for footage that might help solve an Aug. 16 armed robbery of two teens and a stolen motorcycle near the city. Deputies believe a black SUV carrying the bike passed through nearby neighborhood streets between 10 p.m. and midnight and say even seemingly minor clips could provide crucial leads. 
• Sound Transit fall service change begins Aug. 29 (mymltnews.com) — Puyallup riders will see major Sound Transit changes starting Saturday, Aug. 29, including the elimination of Route 580 between South Hill and Puyallup and schedule tweaks on Route 578 to Seattle. Several other regional ST Express routes are being cut, added, or retimed, so commuters are urged to double-check schedules before traveling.
