I saw it near 122nd Ave E and 168th st E. Looks like it was wearing a pink ish red harness. Looked like a German shepherd. Saw it at 9:00 pm (Nextdoor Sunrise Blvd) - Have you been to Bob's Burgers & Brew lately?
