Join local fitness instructors for a free morning workout every Saturday in May. This is a great way to try a variety of workouts and get ready for summer! Each workout is free and appropriate for all fitness levels. Please bring your own yoga mat. A few mats will be available, but not enough for the whole class.
On May 16, start your Saturday with purpose and power! Break out your inner 80s energy and join us for a high-vibe, music-driven mat Pilates workout set to all the best throwback beats. This dynamic, all-levels class will focus on core strength, glutes, posture and total-body toning. Expect a fun, athletic flow that builds strength and stability with modern Pilates techniques. Pineapple Life will provide the beats, Pilates wheels, resistance bands and blocks. Just bring yourself and a mat.
Disclaimer: Children are welcome, but only if they plan to participate in the workout class. Please note that children must be supervised at all times as there will be no staff available to watch them separately.
