• Library union says most TRL layoffs have been reversed (chinookobserver.com) — Most planned layoffs at Timberland Regional Library have been rolled back, but South Bend’s branch remains closed after years of building concerns. Union leaders credit public pressure for saving many frontline jobs and now support a future levy lid lift to stabilize funding.
