• KCRHA Transition Update: Building the Next Phase of the Regional Homelessness Response (kcrha.org) — Woodinville's relationship with the King County Regional Homelessness Authority is shifting as KCRHA ends its interlocal agreement with the city and returns most local contract administration to Seattle and King County. Services for people experiencing homelessness are expected to continue, while KCRHA focuses on regional duties like data systems, coordinated entry, federal funding, and severe-weather coordination that still include Woodinville.
