Outagamie County Sheriff's Department seek missing 16-year-old boy (bluewaterhealthyliving.com) — Outagamie County authorities are urgently searching for 16-year-old Caden Gruse, missing since Aug. 25 and believed to be in the Buchanan, Combined Locks, or Kimberly area near Appleton. Because he needs prescribed medication and may be without proper care, residents are asked to watch for his description and call the sheriff's office with any information.
   

3. Appleton North alone atop Fox Valley Association football standings (postcrescent.com) — Appleton North's football team has surged to the top of the Fox Valley Association standings after a dominant 14-0 shutout of Kaukauna, powered by a smothering defense and strong ground game. The Lightning now face crucial upcoming matchups at Neenah and against Kimberly that could decide the conference title, while several other Fox Valley programs also posted big wins.
   

4. Shiocton man charged with 24 counts of possessing child pornography (postcrescent.com) — A Shiocton man is facing 24 felony counts of possessing child pornography in Outagamie County, with a preliminary hearing set for Sept. 22 at the county courthouse. While the charges involve Shiocton, the case is being closely followed by the Appleton-based Post-Crescent, underscoring regional concerns about child safety and law enforcement efforts in the broader Fox Cities area.
