• Cedarburg High School German students set school record (gmtoday.com) — Cedarburg families can celebrate as 23 Cedarburg High School German students earned top honors on the national AATG exam and DSSV essay contest, likely setting a school record. The Cedarburg School District says CHS had one of the largest groups of award-winners among all Wisconsin schools, highlighting the strength of the local German program. 
• Summer Sounds Neighbors of the Night (gmtoday.com) — Summer Sounds is honoring Meg and Joe Johnson as the first 2026 “Neighbors of the Night,” celebrating their quiet help hauling trash for injured neighbors through the winter. Honorees receive special concert seating, park-vendor dinner and drinks, a Cedarburg Candle Company & Refillery candle, and a custom folding snack table from Amish Craftsmen Guild II.
