• DeForest begins planning for future public services building, park (gazettextra.com) — DeForest officials are exploring the purchase of 36.7 acres at North Towne and Gray Roads for a future public services building and potential new community park. The land, annexed from Windsor in 2017, could eventually consolidate village operations and add much-needed field sports space, though construction is likely still several years away and detailed designs are not yet set.
