• St. Croix County Community Development Committee expected to discuss data center regulation options today (hudsonstarobserver.com) — Hammond residents just saw a small-scale data center approved by the village Board of Appeals, even after the Village Board previously denied it, and now St. Croix County officials are weighing broader data center regulations. A possible countywide moratorium wouldn’t affect the Village of Hammond, but the discussion could shape how future projects are studied, regulated, and communicated to nearby communities.
