Officials say the system is back to normal, and the notice is part of required state reporting on sewer overflows.

Save a Life: Changing Wisconsin's Overdose Laws (isthmus.com) — An in-person forum on Wisconsin's overdose laws is coming to UW–Madison South Partnership on September 17, giving Madison residents a chance to learn how current rules affect calling 911.
