• Medford High School looks to recognise alumni veterans with "Wall of Honor" (wjfw.com) — Medford High School is planning a new “Wall of Honor” to recognize more than 125 alumni who have served in the military, with hopes of unveiling it by next fall. Sparked by a Medford VFW member and backed by district leadership, the display will group graduates by military branch and give the community a visible way to appreciate local veterans’ service.
   

• Celebrate June Dairy Month with breakfast on the farm (waow.com) — Medford residents can celebrate June Dairy Month close to home with the Town and Country Dairy Breakfast at the Taylor County Fairgrounds on June 14 from 6:30 a.m. to noon. Along with omelettes, sausage, French toast, and plenty of dairy treats, the event features live music from George Dums and Red Higgins, plus a festive farm-style atmosphere.
   

• Pirates sail into uncharted waters (gmtoday.com) — Medford’s softball team, a 28-1 top seed, is back at the WIAA Division 2 state tournament for the first time since 2006, facing Pewaukee at Goodman Diamond in Madison. Led by dominant senior pitcher Rylee Hraby, Medford’s deep run has drawn statewide attention as they chase another shot at a championship berth.
