• Western Wisconsin to come together for data center awareness event with Charlie Berens (wqow.com) — A Menomonie resident who helped stop a proposed $1.6 billion data center in his city is now helping lead a regional awareness event in Eau Claire this weekend. Partnering with advocacy groups and comedian Charlie Berens, organizers aim to help western Wisconsin communities understand data center impacts, push for transparency and protections, and learn how to hold local officials accountable.
