HALLOWINGS Returns to Greendale’s Gazebo Park October 27–November 1!
Scary fun, nearly 600 glowing pumpkins, family activities, live music, a Halloween parade, and a little Ghostbusters magic are coming to Historic Downtown Greendale Village!
Greendale, WI — Gift of Wings is excited to announce the return of HALLOWINGS, bringing six days of Halloween fun to Gazebo Park in Historic Downtown Greendale Village from October 27 through November 1, 2026!
This beloved community tradition promises something for everyone, from glowing pumpkins and spooky kites to family-friendly games, delicious treats, and a Halloween parade featuring some unforgettable surprises.
Nearly 600 Pumpkins Will Light Up Gazebo Park!
Bring your creativity and carve a pumpkin to display at HALLOWINGS — pumpkins are FREE! Leave your creation on display, and Gift of Wings will illuminate it each evening, creating a spectacular display of nearly 600 glowing pumpkins through November 1.
Visitors can also enjoy Pumpkin Bowling, Gourd Golf, live music, food, and beverages Thursday through Sunday. Spooky kites and colorful spinners will add to the Halloween atmosphere as they fly in and around Gazebo Park.
Kids can enjoy free candy, and everyone should keep an eye out for the Giant Pumpkin glowing in the park each night!
The HALLOWINGS costume contest will take place following the Halloween parade on Sunday, November 1, at approximately 3:15 p.m. Come dressed in your Halloween best and join the fun!
PUMPKINS OVER GREENDALE: Watch Pumpkins Fly!
On Saturday, October 31, Gift of Wings will present PUMPKINS OVER GREENDALE at Greendale High School from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Watch as the Gift of Wings trebuchet launches pumpkins through the air before they smash to the ground in spectacular fashion! The current record flight is an impressive 250 feet. A smaller trebuchet will also be on hand to launch gourds.
It’s pumpkin smashing at its finest — and a Halloween spectacle you won’t want to miss!
A Halloween Parade with Ghostbusters Magic!
The Gift of Wings Halloween Parade will bring together children, families, and plenty of creative costumes for a festive celebration through Greendale.
Returning for the second time, the parade will feature a replica of the famous Ghostbusters car, the ECTOMOBILE (ECTO-1), and the Original 1938 Greendale Fire Engine, along with a towering, 25-foot Stay Puft Marshmallow Man and other festive floats.
With plenty of Halloween spirit, colorful costumes, and larger-than-life surprises, this is sure to be a parade to remember!
Who ya gonna call? Ghostbusters!
Come Hungry — The Gift of Wings Grill Is Ready!
No Halloween celebration is complete without great food! The Gift of Wings Grill will serve up crowd favorites, including brats, hot dogs, hot chocolate, and what we believe is the best ice cream in Greendale.
Be sure to save room for our famous Apple Cider Mini Donuts, made fresh and served hot right on-site!
