• Colorful ‘Wizard of Oz' mural planned for Fiesta Cancun in Oconomowoc (gmtoday.com) — Downtown Oconomowoc is set to get a new Wizard of Oz–themed mural on the side of Fiesta Cancun, featuring City Hall in the background and interactive sombrero photo spots. The city’s Economic Development & Tourism Commission unanimously approved the concept, asking the artist to simplify the design so visitors can more easily capture photos in the narrow alleyway.
   

• Milwaukee VA increases patient reach through Oconomowoc location (spectrumnews1.com) — Veterans in and around Oconomowoc now have far easier access to Milwaukee VA care thanks to the newer local clinic, which already served more than 2,100 veterans in 2025. Offering primary care, physical therapy, mental health and telehealth specialties, the site is drawing many first-time VA users and serving a community with over 10,000 veterans nearby.
