• Special Marine Warning from THU 7:07 PM CDT until THU 7:45 PM CDT (kenoshanews.com) — Boaters off our stretch of Lake Michigan should be aware of a Special Marine Warning in effect this evening, with thunderstorms bringing winds up to 50 knots and rough waves. While the alert covers waters from Wind Point to Winthrop Harbor, Pleasant Prairie readers are urged to monitor conditions closely and seek safe harbor if out on the lake.
