• Measuring sustainability: Metrics guide next phase of potato production (spudman.com) — Potato growers and industry partners will be heading to Plover July 15–16 for the Potato Sustainability Alliance Summer Symposium, where new 2025 sustainability data will be shared. The event will highlight how farms across North America are tracking soil health, water use, and other key metrics, and how third‑party verification is strengthening confidence in those results. 
• Plover Man Arrested for Burglary, Theft of Women's Underwear (wsau.com) — A man from Plover has been arrested in connection with a burglary in Stevens Point, where investigators say women’s underwear was taken from a home. Police recovered additional items during a search and are asking anyone with similar thefts to contact Stevens Point police as more charges are considered.
