ā¢ Village of Marshall to pay off Town of Sun Prairie EMS buyout early (gazettextra.com) ā Marshallās village board has voted to use its general fund to pay off the remaining EMS buyout it owes the Town of Sun Prairie in one lump sum, rather than over three years. The change follows Marshallās shift to contracting EMS service from the City of Sun Prairie and closes out a now-dormant EMS equipment fund. Ā Ā Ā
