📰 News we're reading

• Public Notice No. 9686 (torringtontelegram.com) — Residents should know that developers of the Chugwater Energy Project in Platte County are asking to delay construction start from 2026 to no later than third quarter 2027. The state’s Industrial Siting Division plans to approve the change after July 6 unless parties to the permit request a Council hearing by July 3, with a possible September 2 hearing in Cheyenne.
