A multi-sport star for the Cody Broncs in wrestling, track, and football, he’ll carry his hometown’s success onto the college mats in a higher weight class.

• How Wyoming Wildlife Teams Train for Deadly Carnivore Encounters (unofficialnetworks.com) — Wildlife conflict specialists from Wyoming and other states just wrapped up a five-day training in Cody focused on investigating dangerous encounters with bears, wolves, and mountain lions. Trainees practiced securing attack scenes, treating victims, and collecting evidence so they can better understand why incidents happen and improve public education to reduce future conflicts in wild areas residents and visitors use.
