• Missing James Town man found dead in Green River (oilcity.news) — A 20-year-old James Town resident who was reported missing Sunday was found dead Tuesday evening near the Green River Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center on the west end of Green River. Local police and the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the circumstances of his death, and authorities have confirmed his identity but not yet released further details.
   

• Uinta County Herald Legal Notices, April 16, 2026 (uintacountyherald.com) — Natural gas customers in Green River could see bills rise about $99 a year if Enbridge’s proposed $2.49 million rate increase is approved, and residents have until May 6 to submit comments or intervene. The long legal notice package also includes Uinta County foreclosures, school district salaries and warrants, Evanston City Council actions, and several public hearings and bid invitations across southwest Wyoming and nearby Utah.
